SmartEMR is a Web-based
electronic medical records solution that enables physicians to record patient
encounters and test interpretations quickly and easily. It's tailored to
the physician's workflow to ensure a smooth, natural interaction while creating
reports that are compliant with the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services
(CMS)*
for coding and reimbursements. The result is a specialty-specific EMR (Electronic
Medical Record) application that organizes records, facilitates billing
and reimbursement, organizes documents and integrates with prescription
writing and imaging to streamline operations and cut costs.
SmartEMR's goal is to provide generation and access to standardized reports
across the healthcare industry using the Internet. We believe that universal
authorized access to medical data will be a major breakthrough in enhancing
the value of medical services for patients and all other stakeholders.
Custom Interface Creation
SmartEMR offers clients the ability to take current paper forms or “tick
sheets” and digitize them for use within the system. By matching every
individual item in these sheets to our clinical knowledge base, SmartEMR
is able to continue to provide precise, structured reports and a fully searchable
clinical database while presenting users with familiar, easy-to-use data
entry screens. Users can provide a variety of paper or digital forms and
provide direct feedback to our designers regarding the look and feel of
each form.
